Evicron, an AI and software studio based in Barcelona, is the technical partner behind Forcadell Consultors Immobiliaris, one of the city’s longest-standing real estate consultancies. We run the monthly evolutive maintenance and ongoing development of forcadell.com end to end — code, server, WordPress, Search Console and Analytics — for a trilingual portal with more than 2,300 published listings and 3,301 indexable URLs.

The challenge

Forcadell’s website is not a corporate brochure; it is a lead-generation platform with 536 blog posts, 63 landing pages, 27 offices and thousands of property pages that must mirror the business in real time. The challenge is threefold: a large-scale portal in three languages with correct hreflang, a live inventory that changes every single day, and organic visibility that is critical for attracting owners and investors. Anything that breaks in the importer, the search engine or the SEO layer has a direct impact on the pipeline.

The solution

We build and operate a custom WordPress platform designed to last:

  • Custom theme on Timber/Twig: class-based architecture, PatternLab as design system, a Docker development environment and CI with automated tests, so every deploy ships with confidence.
  • Automated daily imports: a bespoke importer with OAuth, a daily cron and Action Scheduler syncs 2,300+ listings from the client’s real estate CRM via XML feed. Barcelona (1,219 listings) and Madrid (971) lead an inventory spread across 9 provinces.
  • Advanced property search: AJAX filtering by price, property type, province, rent or sale, surface area, zone and district, built on 8 custom real estate taxonomies.
  • Flexible content: more than 30 bespoke Gutenberg/ACF blocks for landing and corporate pages, office maps with Google Maps and marker clustering, market reports sold through WooCommerce and lead-capture forms with Ninja Forms.
  • Genuinely multilingual: Spanish, Catalan and English with WPML and hreflang across the whole site.
  • Technical and AI-search SEO: Schema structured data, recurring audits and optimisation for AI-driven search — AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity — over a sitemap of 3,301 indexable URLs.

The whole platform runs on AWS Lightsail with an RDS MariaDB database, separate staging and production environments and automated deployments.

A long-term technical partner

Our engagement with Forcadell is not a one-off project but sustained evolutive maintenance: weekly product improvements, new features, WordPress and server upkeep, and steady technical SEO work grounded in Search Console and Analytics. That continuous cadence lets the portal grow at the pace of the business without accumulating technical debt, knowing that every change goes through staging, tests and an automated deployment before reaching production.
