QWorker is the time-tracking and HR software developed and sold by Evicron, an AI and software studio based in Barcelona. It lets any Spanish company comply with the mandatory working-time register under Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 from €2.50 per employee per month, with clock-in from a phone, a browser or a shared tablet, and a weekly digital signature that keeps records ready for the Labour Inspectorate.
Why it exists
Since 2019, recording working hours has been mandatory for every company in Spain. Yet many of the tools on the market are expensive, designed for large workforces, or so convoluted that employees simply stop clocking in. QWorker was built to fix exactly that, with two priorities: make clocking in effortless for the employee and make the records defensible in front of an inspection.
What it does
Multi-device clock-in
- Mobile app for iOS and Android, clock-in from any browser, or a shared tablet with a 4-digit PIN or an NFC key fob.
- Works offline: it is a PWA that syncs as soon as the connection returns.
- Handles split shifts with several breaks in the same day, automatic overnight closing of forgotten workdays, and configurable geolocation per location, team or employee (open mode or fixed radius).
Weekly digital signature
- Every employee reviews and signs their clock-in records each week.
- Full history available for the Labour Inspectorate, with the 4-year retention Spanish law requires.
Holidays and absences
- Requests from the mobile app, approvals with push notification and email.
- Automatic annual allowance and justified absences with an attached document.
Payslips (distribution)
- The admin uploads the PDFs and each employee downloads their own from their account.
- Bulk upload with automatic recipient recognition on the Pro plan.
Shifts
- Automatic rotating shifts and comparison of scheduled versus actual hours (Pro plan).
Multi-location and administration
- No limits on locations, teams or employees.
- Importer for official public holidays by Spanish region, CSV staff import, a complete audit trail exportable to CSV/PDF, and a built-in AI assistant for questions.
Who it’s for
QWorker is used in hospitality, retail, workshops, offices, clinics, logistics, cleaning and education — sectors that mix split shifts, rotations and teams spread across several locations. For payroll agencies and business advisors there is a partner programme to manage multiple client companies from a single login. Note that the product interface is currently available in Spanish only.
