system for delivery notes, DeCA, invoices and drivers

Evicron built for Transportes Guerrero 2015, a road freight company in the Barcelona area, custom management software that replaced paper delivery-note pads and manual pricing with a single system: delivery notes priced automatically with each client’s rate card, DeCA with QR code, Verifactu-compliant invoicing and a driver app with photo and signature on delivery.

The challenge

The workflow was manual from start to finish. Drivers worked with paper delivery-note pads and wrote up the job on arrival; management priced every delivery note by hand according to each client’s terms, sorted them by client and invoiced each one differently. Hours of repetitive, error-prone admin work — and two legal obligations with deadlines that paper could not meet: Verifactu, in force for companies since January 2026, and the DeCA, mandatory from 5 October 2026.

The solution

We started from the transport platform we had built for SBD go — Next.js, React and TypeScript on Supabase, deployed on Vercel — and adapted it to Transportes Guerrero’s operation, building what did not yet exist:

  • Client rate cards: each client has its own rate per service type (route per kilometre, pallet, hour) and its own surcharges — platform, night, holiday, fuel surcharge on the invoice — with manual pricing when a job does not fit. Kilometres are calculated with Google Maps from the company’s base.
  • Digital delivery notes created from the panel or the driver’s phone, with reference and supplier per job, PDF with the company’s own numbering and email delivery to the client, individually or in batches.
  • DeCA as a living document: created with the job, with a fixed URL and QR code, containing everything Article 6 of Order FOM/2861/2012 requires, and attached to the delivery note; inspectors open it by scanning the QR, no password needed, and it is kept for the legal period.
  • Verifactu invoicing: editable draft invoices from delivery notes or from scratch, grouped by client and, when the client requires it, split by supplier even under the same tax ID; invoice records through a certified provider, configurable IBAN and invoice footer, email delivery and payment tracking.
  • Driver app (PWA): login by truck code, the day’s jobs, hours per stop, photo and signature on delivery and, for self-employed drivers, a tab with the month’s amounts.
  • Configuration in the company’s hands: tax details, series and numbering, VAT, fuel surcharge and texts, without depending on us for every change.

Outcome

Manual pricing of delivery notes is gone: the system applies each client’s rate as the job is registered. The company issues Verifactu-compliant invoices, emails delivery notes and invoices from the system itself and carries the DeCA on every driver’s phone, months ahead of the legal deadline. By reusing the SBD go base, the system was in production in weeks, not months.

Frequently asked questions

What did Evicron build for Transportes Guerrero 2015? +

Custom management software for a road freight company in the Barcelona area: delivery notes created in the system or from the driver's phone and priced automatically with each client's rate card, the DeCA with a QR code, Verifactu-compliant invoicing with email delivery, and a driver app with photo and signature on delivery.

How does the software comply with the DeCA? +

Every job generates its DeCA before the transport starts: a native PDF with the data required by Spanish Order FOM/2861/2012 and a QR code with a public URL that inspectors open without a password. The document is attached to the delivery note, the driver carries it on their phone and it is archived in the company's systems for the legal period.

How does it handle each client's rates? +

Each client can have its own rate per service type (route per kilometre, pallet, hour, van, motorbike) and its own surcharges: platform, night, holiday or fuel surcharge on the invoice. When a delivery note is registered, the system applies the right rate and calculates kilometres with Google Maps, with no manual pricing.

How long did the project take? +

Evicron reused the transport platform previously built for SBD go, so the system was in production within weeks, with the DeCA live ahead of the 5 October 2026 legal deadline and invoicing ready for Verifactu from day one.
